In Memory of Our Founder

Antonio Tribunella

Antonino was born in 1947 in Collesano, Sicily. At just seven years old, he and his siblings journeyed to America after being sponsored by their aunt, Nina Panzarella. On July 27, 1954, Antonino arrived in New York Harbor aboard the Conte Biancamano, beginning a new chapter that would shape the rest of his life.

He later married, raised three beautiful children, and built two successful pizzerias in the heart of New York City. In 1986, Antonino moved his family to Boca Raton, Florida, where he opened Nino’s of Delray Beach – bringing his passion, work ethic, and authentic Sicilian recipes with him.

Antonino had a deep love for cooking and an extraordinary gift for hospitality. A dedicated family man and respected businessman, he built more than a restaurant – he built a legacy that continues to welcome guests like family to this day.

About

A Family Affair

The Next Generation

Roberto worked alongside his father for more than fifteen years before taking over the family business. During that time, he learned not only the recipes and the rhythm of the kitchen, but also the values that built Nino’s from the very beginning. Today, he proudly carries on the restaurant in the same spirit his father established, grounded in quality, hard work, and genuine hospitality.

Rob and his wife, Claudia, run Nino’s together – from daily operations to welcoming longtime guests, they work side by side to ensure that every detail reflects the family’s standards and traditions. Their shared commitment keeps the restaurant thriving while honoring the legacy that started it all.

Family remains at the heart of everything we do. Their daughters, Victoria and Juliana, have grown up in the restaurant and are part of its everyday life. When they are not in school, you can often find the girls at the hostess stand, greeting guests and continuing the tradition of welcoming everyone like family.
